Total Voting Rights

As at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 72,636,630 ordinary shares of of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), following the issue of 559,030 shares under the Company's Block listing to satisfy the exercise of options by Stride Gaming employees since 1 December 2017. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 72,636,630 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stride Gaming shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
