AGM Statement
Trading in line with management's expectations
Stride Gaming plc (AIM: STR), the multi-branded online gaming operator, announces that at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") the Chairman of Stride Gaming, Nigel Payne, will make the following statement:
"We are pleased to report that the business has enjoyed a good start to the financial year and that trading is in line with management's expectations. Organic growth remains strong, and we have been delighted with performance of InfiApps which was successfully acquired in July 2015. The integration has progressed well and we are pleased with the increased global reach and scale that the acquisition has provided Stride Gaming.
"The Group remains focused on pursuing its organic and acquisitive growth strategy and is confident for the rest of the year."
