Spiritel PLC08 June 2005 For immediate release 8 June 2005 SPIRITEL PLC ("Spiritel" or "the Company") Spiritel Technologies signs supply agreement with Entacall Spiritel plc (AIM: STP), the telecommunications services business, is pleased toannounce that it has signed an agreement with Entacall Telecommunications Ltd ("Entacall"), under which Spiritel Technologies will provide Entacall with a widerange of services including hosted broadband telephony, virtual PBX and calltermination. Entacall is part of the Telford-based Enta Group, which provides a completeglobal end to end technology solution through telecoms and data services,hardware distribution and on-line marketing. The services provided by Spiritel Technologies are ordered, managed and billedby way of on-line web portals that are integrated into Entacall's systems. Theservices include hosted broadband telephony, a VoIP (voice over internetprotocol) product; virtual PBX, a virtual telephone switching product;voicemail; conference services; fax to email; and call back. ExpoCommunications, Spiritel's call termination division, will provide fixed lineand fixed line to mobile call termination as part of the agreement. Entacall's General Manager, Elsa Chen, said: "Spiritel was our first choice as aVoIP partner as they have the technical skills and flexibility to integratetheir billing solution with Entacall's." Spiritel Technologies is Spiritel's recently formed division that offers bundledservices to small and medium sized businesses. This agreement marks SpiritelTechnologies' second agreement in just four weeks. Last month, SpiritelTechnologies announced an agreement to supply its hosted PBX product to VoIPservice JabberTalk.
