On 20 September 2013 Stobart Group Limited's capital consisted of 354,328,831 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights. Stobart Group Limited holds 6,693,291 ordinary shares of 10p each in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Stobart Group Limited is 347,635,540.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart Group Limited under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
