Directorate Change

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Russell James Darvill (aged 35) as Director with immediate effect.

From January 2007 to February 2010 Mr Darvill was group financial controller of Rivington Street Holdings plc. He was promoted to Group Finance Director from March 2010, a position he currently holds. Prior to that Mr Darvill held various accounting positions within Helponline Services Limited, Pegasus International Limited and Mediamark Publishing Limited.

T1ps Investment Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rivington Street Holdings plc, is the investment manager of both the SF T1ps Smaller Companies Growth Fund and the SF T1ps Smaller Companies Gold Fund.

Mr Darvill holds no shares in the Company.
