StratMin Global Resources Plc (AIM: STGR), the London listed graphite production and exploration company focused on Madagascar, announces that on 28 January 2013, Manoli Yannaghas, Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,500 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56.8 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Yannaghas now holds 37,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.001 per cent. of the issued share capital of StratMin.
