Director Increases Shareholding through Exercise of Options
Stock Spirits Group PLC announces that, on 7 January 2021, Miroslaw Stachowicz, Chief Executive Officer, increased his shareholding in the Company by exercising vested options under the Group Performance Share Plan. Mr Stachowicz exercised options over 157,058 shares and increased his total shareholding in the Company by 115,307 shares to a total holding of 599,032, the remaining shares having been sold to cover tax and NIC liabilities and commission charges associated with the options exercise.
