Board changes

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA), which runs the UK's largest franchise network of part-time performing arts schools for children aged between 4 and 18, announces that following the offer for the Company by Lifeskills Education Limited becoming wholly unconditional, the following Board changes have taken place with effect from today: Graham Cole and David Sprigg have resigned from the Board and Shirin Gandhi and Henry Meikle have been appointed to the Board. Shirin Gandhi and Henry Meikle are both directors of Lifeskills Education Limited; their other directorships are shown in the further information set out below.
