Grant of Options to Directors
SCISYS PLC, (AIM: SSY), the supplier of bespoke ICT software systems, IT based business solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government & Defence and Environment sectors, announces that on 9 April 2013 it granted to directors of the Company ("Directors") a total of 80,000 options over new ordinary shares of the Company of 25 pence each (the "Options" and the "Ordinary Shares" respectively).

The Options have an exercise price of 63 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing middle market price on 9 April 2013. The Options are subject to meeting certain performance criteria linked to the earnings growth of the Company and may not be exercised before the end of the close period associated with the announcement of the preliminary final results of the Company for year ending 31 December 2015. The Options expire ten years after being granted.
