Change of Auditors
The Board of Secured Income Fund plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, following a thorough, competitive tender process, it has appointed Moore Kingston Smith LLP ("MKS") as auditor to the Company with immediate effect.
Accordingly, RSM UK Audit LLP has formally resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that, in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
MKS will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 30 June 2021. The appointment of MKS as auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2021.
