In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Sportech PLC hereby notifies the market of the following:
As at 19 March 2015, Sportech's capital consists of 206,238,048 ordinary shares of 50p with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Sportech is 206,238,048.
The above figure (206,238,048) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sportech PLC under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
