Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Sportech hereby notifies the market as follows:
As at 30 April 2014, Sportech's capital consists of 205,024,325 ordinary shares of 50p with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 205,024,325.
The above figure (205,024,325) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sportech under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
