Documents lodged with the Financial Services Authority

The Directors have been advised that the recent publication of the Company's 2009 Annual Report and Accounts, which is after the date of the issue of the prospectus dated 27 January 2010, requires the publication of a short supplementary prospectus pursuant to Rule 3.4.1 of the Prospectus Rules. Both documents, the prospectus and this supplementary prospectus, relate to the Firm Placing, Placing and Open Offer and acquisition of Scientific Games Racing, the pari-mutuel wagering and venue management business division of Scientific Games Corporation.

Two copies of the supplementary prospectus have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
