Director Shareholding
The Company announced the appointment of Roger Withers as Chairman on 8 February 2011. The Company now announces that Mr Withers holds 12,079 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.006 per cent of the issued share capital. Mr Withers has held 10,066 of these shares since 2000 and added a further 2,013 shares to his shareholding on 15 February 2010.
