London, 11 September 2018 Sinclair Pharma plc (AIM:SPH.L) ("Sinclair" or the "Group"), the international aesthetics company, notes the announcement made today via RNS by Huadong Medicine Co., Limited ("HMC") stating that the ODI Pre-Condition has now been satisfied.
