Issue of Options

1Spatial Plc (AIM: SPA), the Spatial Big Data Company, which manages the world's largest spatial data, announces that on 19 February 2013 options over 18,825,911 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were issued to a number of employees and directors under the Company's EMI share option plan. The options will vest as to 8,886,640 over 3 years and 9,939,271 subject to the Company meeting certain performance targets and will be exercisable at £0.0494 each. The total number of options now outstanding over Ordinary Shares is 21,300,215, representing 6.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The awards to directors were as follows:

In the case of Marcus Hanke, 809,717 options will vest in three equal tranches on 19 February 2014, 19 February 2015 and 19 February 2016. Up to a further 2,400,000 will vest subject to the Company meeting certain performance targets.

In the case of Claire Milverton, 607,287 options will vest in three equal tranches on 19 February 2014, 19 February 2015 and 19 February 2016. Up to a further 1,821,862 will vest subject to the Company meeting certain performance targets.

In the case of Dr Mike Sanderson 1,619,433 options will vest subject to the Company meeting certain performance targets.

Marcus Hanke, Claire Milverton and Dr Mike Sanderson hold 29,157,458, 388,857 and 37,665,764 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 8.32, 0.12 and 10.75 per cent. respectively of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
