1Spatial, the global spatial software and solutions company, announces that on 8 November 2019 Claire Milverton, CEO of the Company, purchased 46,357 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32.349 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Claire's total interest in the capital of the Company totals of 446,498 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41 per cent. of the voting share capital of 1Spatial.
