Oxford, UK - June 26, 2018 - Sophos Group plc ("Sophos" or the "Company"; LSE:SOPH) announces in compliance with its obligations under paragraph 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules, that Paul Walker, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman designate of Ashtead Group plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from July 2, 2018. Paul Walker will assume the role of Chairman of Ashtead Group plc from September 11, 2018.
