Block Listing Reporting
Sophos Group plc (the Company) currently has 19,864,631 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the capital of the Company which it block listed on 9 December 2016 for issue from time to time under the terms of the following share plans:

Notwithstanding that the Company's block listing six monthly returns would be made up to 8 June and 8 December respectively, each year the Company will change this reporting cycle and prepare returns to 31 March and 30 September 2017 respectively, each year.
The Company will report for the period 1 April to 30 September 2017, inclusive in October 2017.
This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.
