Result of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited and its Investment Adviser, The Family (Music) Limited, announce that at the First Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 10.30 am, 10 September 2019, Ordinary Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed without amendment by the requisite majority.
