StatPro Group plc, (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of cloud-based portfolio analysis and asset pricing services for the global asset management industry, announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 6:00pm on Thursday 2 May 2013 at StatPro House, 81 - 87 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 3TJ.
