Statpro Group PLC01 August 2007 1 August 2007 STATPRO GROUP PLC ("StatPro" or the "Company") Director's shareholding StatPro announces that on 31 July 2007 Carl Bacon, Non-Executive Chairman of theCompany, transferred 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of theCompany ('Ordinary Shares') into a Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP').Accordingly, 20,000 Ordinary Shares were sold from his nominee account at aprice of 103p per share and 20,000 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at aprice of 103.25p per share. In addition, on the same day a further 2,273Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a price of 104.95. Following these transactions, Carl Bacon's interest in the Company comprises420,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.79 per cent. of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital, and options over 325,000 OrdinaryShares.
