Total Voting Rights
Sanderson Group plc ('Sanderson'), the software and IT services business specialising in digital retail technology and enterprise software for businesses operating in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and logistics sectors, announces that in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Sanderson in issue as at the date of this notice is 59,636,321 with no ordinary shares held in treasury and with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The above figure of 59,636,321 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Sanderson, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
