PDMR Dealing
Sanderson Group plc ('Sanderson' or 'the Group'), the specialist provider of digital technology solutions, innovative software and managed services for the retail, wholesale, supply chain logistics, food and drink processing and manufacturing market sectors, announces that Mrs Angela Winn, wife of Christopher Winn, Chairman, transferred 7,000,000 ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Group ('Ordinary Shares') into Christopher Winn's name for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, their combined beneficial interest remains unchanged at 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.23 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital.
