SmartSpace Software Plc, (AIM:SMRT) the leading provider of 'Integrated Space Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces, announces that on 9 August 2023, members of the Board of Directors have purchased ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company (" Ordinary Shares").
In total, 194,587 Ordinary Shares were purchased by the Directors, details of which are set out below:
