Nettworx PLC18 February 2008 18th February 2008 Nettworx plc ("Nettworx" or "the Company") Termination of Potential Offer Talks On 13 December 2007, it was announced that COMS was in engaged in talks withSim4Travel (Holdings) plc (PLUS: SIMO) which may have led to an offer for theentire issued share capital of Sim4Travel (Holdings) plc being made by Coms. Theboard of Coms today announces that the talks have been terminated and as suchall discussions relating to an offer have now ceased and the Company is nolonger in an offer period.
