VCOMM to distribute next generation wireless technology from Extricom

COMS is pleased to announce that VCOMM (UK) Limited ("VCOMM"), a wholly owned subsidiary and specialist distributor of internet telephony equipment and services, has signed a master UK distribution agreement with Extricom, Inc ("Extricom"), the designer and manufacturer of an award-winning wireless LAN ("WLAN") system, to distribute its next generation of wireless switches. These deliver high quality WLAN solutions for anything from a single office to multi-building corporate campuses.

Extricom's versatile wireless switches are ideal for solution providers and system integrators servicing WiFi requirements for wide area wireless networks such as school and university campuses, exhibition centres and corporate businesses. They are also ideal for VoIP applications. Recent notable sites that have deployed Extricom's 'wireless blanket' include Twickenham rugby stadium, The Kingston Communication Stadium, home to Hull City FC, Carnoustie Golf Hotel and Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons Restaurant and Hotel.
