NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
St. Modwen Properties plc (the "Company") has been notified that, on 26 August 2016, Janet Oliver, wife of Bill Oliver (Chief Executive), transferred 130,251 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company to a nominee account (Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited) for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Janet Oliver's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains unchanged.
