Silence Therapeutics plc, AIM:SLN ("Silence" or "the Company") a leader in the discovery, delivery, and development of novel RNA therapeutics for the treatment of serious diseases with unmet medical need, announces that it was advised on 31 July that on that day Dr Andrew Richards, a Non-Executive Director of the Company bought 7,000 Ordinary Shares at 146.88p.
Following this purchase, Dr Richards is interested in 7,000 ordinary shares, 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
