San Leon Energy plc (the "Company"/"San Leon") announces, in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Takeover Rules, that following the allotment of 6,254,905 ordinary shares to  YA II PN Ltd as announced previously, at the close of business on 29 June 2017 San Leon had the following relevant securities (within the meaning of the Takeover Rules) in issue: (i) 456,280,625 ordinary shares in the Company (excluding shares held in Treasury), (ii) options issued by the Company which if exercised would result in the issue of 18,551,386 new ordinary shares and (iii) warrants issued by the Company which if exercised would result in the issue of 14,939,405 new ordinary shares.

The ISIN reference number for these securities is IE00BWVFTP56 with SEDOL code BWVFTP5.
