The 600 Group PLC - Total Voting Rights and Capital

The Board of The 600 Group PLC ("600 Group" or "the Company") announces that the Company's issued share capital as at 28 February 2011 comprises 57,933,679 ordinary shares of 1 penny each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 57,933,679.

The above figure of 57,933,679 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, 600 Group under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
