The following conditional share awards over Signature Aviation plc ordinary shares of 3717/84 pence each were made on 10 March 2020 to the directors listed below under the Company's Deferred Stock Plan.

The conditional share awards are subject to forfeiture if the directors leave within three years of the awards. The awards are also subject to an additional holding period of 2 years from the date on which the awards vest.

The following conditional share awards over Signature Aviation plc ordinary shares of 3717/84 pence each were made on 10 March 2020 to the directors listed below under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.
