Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 13 February Cuillin Investments Limited disposed of 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.028% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 24 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Cuillin Investments Limited holds 5,134,200 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 3.57% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
