Following this dealing, Gavin Oldham personally holds 17,574,422 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 12.23% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) and, together with his concert parties, holds 101,337,447 Ordinary Shares (representing approximated 76.11% of the current issued Ordinary Shares)
