These options were granted on an unapproved basis outside of the Company's EMI arrangementsΒ under the Company's Long Term Incentive plan. Following this exercise,Β Gavin OldhamΒ personallyΒ holds 24,687,123 Ordinary Shares (representing approximatelyΒ 15.42% of the current issued Ordinary Shares)Β and, together with his concert parties, holds 124,985,161 Ordinary Shares (representing approximatelyΒ 78.06% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
