Director's Dealing

Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that yesterday it was notified by Gavin Oldham, Chairman of the Company, that, on 16 February 2015, 15,912,386 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the ownership of the Gavin Oldham No1 Trust (of which Mr. Oldham is a beneficiary) have been re-registered into HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Limited (the "Re-Registration"). The Re-Registration was effected pursuant to the grant of security by Mr. Oldham in favour of HSBC Private Bank (UK) Limited ("HSBC"). The date of the agreement between Mr. Oldham and HSBC is 13 January 2015 and the security was granted to secure a personal loan to Mr. Oldham of up to £750,000 to assist in the financing of Share Radio ("the Loan"). The Loan is repayable on demand.

Following the Re-Registration, there is no change in the beneficial interest in the Company of Mr. Oldham and he continues to have a beneficial interest and voting rights in 45,506,648 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 31.68 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, there has been no change to the Gavin Oldham concert party's total interest of 109,317,816 Ordinary Shares (as announced on 27 March 2015) which represents approximately 76.1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
