RE: PLANNING APPLICATION

The Company wishes to advise that the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Parks Planning Authority ("Authority") has indicated determination of its Planning Application 2017/0254/MIN is likely to occur later than the original target date of 14 December 2017. The Company is working with the Authority to supply additional clarifications relating to issues raised by various consultees and, subject to the Authority's assessment of these clarifications, a new determination date will be targeted as early as possible in 2018. In connection with this matter, the National Park Authority Board will be invited to agree the determination process at its forthcoming December meeting.

This delay does not impact on the Company's strategy and plans as disclosed in the recently published Offer Information Statement and the reasons for delay are related only to requests for further information.
