Increased Holding in Property Subsidiary
Sigma Capital Group plc announces that it has increased its holding in its property subsidiary, Strategic Investment Management Holdings Ltd ("SiMH"), from 47.80% to 62.07% following a rights issue by SiMH which closed on 22 December 2008. The Company took up all its rights with certain other shareholders taking up part of their rights. Graham Barnet, Chief Executive of the Company, holds 4.19% of SiMH following his participation in the rights issue.
