The Directors are pleased to report that they expect the Company's results to beon target to achieve current market expectations for the year ending 31 December2005, subject to audit, and the announcement of the results is expected to bemade on Friday, 3 March 2006. The Stanley Gibbons Rare Stamp Investment Fund The Directors of the Stanley Gibbons Rare Stamp Investment Fund ("Fund")announce that the subscription period for the first tranche has been extendeduntil Friday, 24 February 2006. The Directors of the Fund determined that it was in the best interests of theFund to extend the closing date, in order to give potential investors additionalopportunity outside the Christmas/New Year holiday period to consider aninvestment in the Fund.
