Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces that it has been notified of the following dealings by Alan Lovell, Non-Executive Chairman and Fiona Goldsmith & Julia Porter, both Non-Executive Directors.
On 28 July 2023, Safestyle was notified that Alan Lovell purchased 190,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.805 pence per Ordinary Share, Fiona Goldsmith purchased 140,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.888 pence per Ordinary Share and Julia Porter purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.4625 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of the transactions, Alan Lovell is beneficially interested in 990,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.71% of the issued share capital, Fiona Goldsmith is beneficially interested in 190,000 Ordinary Share representing 0.14% of the issued share capital and Julia Porter is beneficially interested in 188,671 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital.
