Notification of total voting rights and share capital
[DTR 5.6.1]
The Company advises the market that as at 31 October 2008 its share capital consists of 136,478,580 Ordinary shares (of nominal value £0.0005 each), all with voting rights.
The increase results from the allotment of shares to meet the exercise of options under the Company's employee share option schemes.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 136,478,580.
The above figure of 136,478,580 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in, their interest in the Company pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
