Share acquisitions by Directors

Sepura plc, a leading global provider of critical communications solutions, announces that on 12 October 2015:

1. Gordon Watling, its Chief Executive Officer, acquired 990 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 175 pence per Share as a result of his participation in the Company's dividend reinvestment plan.

Following these acquisitions, Mr Watling has an increased interest in 303,529 Shares representing approximately 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares). Of this balance, 103,332 Shares are held by Mr Watling personally, and 200,197 Shares are held by Tonia Watling.

2. Steve Chamberlain, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, acquired 2,036 Shares at a price of 175 pence per Share as a result of his participation in the Company's dividend reinvestment plan.

Following this acquisition, Mr Chamberlain has an increased interest in 212,475 Shares, representing approximately 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares), all of which are held by him personally.

The Company was notified of these trades on 12 October 2015.
