PDMR shareholding
SuperGroup announces that Luc Clément one of the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), has today sold 291,917 ordinary shares of five pence each in the Company at a price of 1611.62 pence.
Following this transaction Luc Clément retains a holding of 415,064 shares in the Company, representing 0.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
