Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On 20 January 2020, the Company was notified by Peter Williams, Non-Executive Director and Chairman, that: (1) he had purchased 16,306 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £4.057712 per share and that (2) Gwendolen Knight (PCA to Peter Williams) had purchased 10,916 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £4.046939 per share.
The Company makes this announcement, including the notification below, in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
