Appointment of Hans Schmitt to the Board
The Board of SuperGroup is pleased to announce that Hans Schmitt, Managing Director of International and Wholesale, is appointed to the Board of SuperGroup plc with effect from 1st May 2014. Hans joined SuperGroup in June 2013, having previously been President EMEA, UK, for Warnaco plc between 2010 and 2012, responsible for brands such as Calvin Klein. Prior to this Hans held senior positions at Hugo Boss AG between 1997 and 2010.

Hans, aged 44, joined SuperGroup in June 2013 bringing with him a wealth of international retail and wholesale experience from brands including Hugo Boss and Calvin Klein. He is accountable for our wholesale business in both the UK and internationally, our owned retail stores and concessions outside of the UK, and our franchised stores.
SuperGroup currently sells its products through stores in 41 countries and via 17 international websites.
