Wilson, the wife of MrColin Wilson, Finance Director, yesterday purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65 pence each. Followingthis notification, Mr Colin Wilson and his connected partners now have a totalbeneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
