Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies, has been notified of the following purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by a Director, which took place today, 24 June 2016:

Christopher Gill, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 80 pence each. Following this notification, Mr Gill now has a total beneficial interest in 77,267 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
