Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces the following dealings by Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following approval by the Remuneration Committee of the Company, 73,838 shares were released to Mr Mark Lancaster, Executive Chairman, pursuant to the rules of the SDL 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan.

Mr Lancaster has elected to retain 30,302 shares increasing his beneficial holdings in the Company from 468,112 shares representing 0.59% to 498,414 representing 0.62%, and has sold 43,536 shares to fund the exercise costs and related income tax liabilities.
