Maidenhead, U.K. - SDL plc today announces that Matthew Knight will be stepping down from his position as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member.

The Board has appointed Russell Reynolds to find a successor and Matthew will remain in his position during his notice period in order to ensure an orderly handover of his duties to his successor.

The Board would like to thank Matthew for his efforts and contribution to SDL over the past two and half years and wish him well for the future.
