Scapa, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions for the Healthcare and Industrial markets, makes the following disclosures of dealing by Richard Perry, Senior Independent Director:
On 11 December 2015, Mr. Perry sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 205.5 pence per Share. The Shares were held in name of Mr. Perry's wife, Mrs. Lyn Perry. Following this sale, Mr. Perry is interested in 300,000 Shares, representing 0.20% of the Company's total issued share capital.
